Your privacy is important to Yamaa which acts as the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation. In this Privacy Policy we inform you of our practices with respect to the collection and processing of your personal information (your personal data) when visiting our Website or using our Services. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy starting with a capital letter shall have the same meaning as in our Terms of Service. Yamaa reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy, and will post any revisions on its website.

We only use personal data 1) you gave us (consent), 2) to provide you our Services and 3) during the functional time we need those data

When you email us, you will provide us with the following personal information

° storage of emails and hosting of website and webshop on one.com servers – privacy policy  policy of One.com (data storage in Denmark, compliant with GDPR)

° collection of data from cookies through  website by WordPress.org – privacy policy of WordPress.org

° storage of data related to  shipment by Bpost – privacy policy of Bpost

 

How long we keep it and precautions we make

4.1. We do not retain your personal information for any longer than is necessary for the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Policy or in so far as such is necessary for compliance with statutory or obligations and for solving any disputes.

4.2. When we process your personal information on the basis of the preparation or the performance of an agreement with you, we will store your personal information for up to seven years after our agreement has ended, or after resolving a dispute.

 

4.3. When we process your personal information on the basis of a legal obligation, we will store your personal information for the period which is determined by the law.

 

4.4. When we process your personal information on the basis of your consent, we will store your personal information until you revoke your consent.

 

4.5. Depending on the type of cookie, we will store your personal information for a maximum of 6 months.

We keep our computers and other mobile devices secure with among others changing passwords, installing and updating anti-virus programs.

However, we can decline your request in case we have compelling legitimate grounds which override your interests, or the processing is for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

We will answer your request free of charge, however reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for carrying out your request in case your request is excessive or is manifestly unfounded.

In any case state which right you want to exercise and on what grounds. We will answer your request within one month after receipt, unless we need more time. Then we will inform you within one month after receipt of your request that we need a maximum of another two months. Within this period of time we will notify you about whether we can fulfil your request or not. In case we cannot fulfil your request we will let you know on what ground.
